Enrollment Option #1 Healthcare practitioners with a license, degree, or certification, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, nutritionists, dentists, acupuncturists,
paramedics, chiropractors, osteopaths, physical therapists, occupational therapists, optometrists, and physician assistants.

Enrollment Option #2 Graduates of biomedical and/or health science bachelor, master, or doctorate degrees, including biology, physiology, genetics, and medical research.

• A copy of the degree diploma would be required.

Enrollment Option #3 Students in the healthcare field, including the professions in section #1

• Students from medical professions after completion of the second year or biomedical science courses.
• Transcripts (official/unofficial) would be required as a PDF.
