The American Academy of Functional Health is offering $300 scholarships to potential students who can demonstrate commitment to studying Nutritional and Herbal medicine and to providing guidance to chronic patients.
- Application is open to the general public and healthcare provider (MD, DO, NP, nurse, PA, DC, Pharmacist)
- Must demonstrate commitment to advancing patient care
- Only applied towards the Nutritional Health Coach program
- Scholarship cannot be combined with a payment plan
- Please note that there are a limited number of scholarships available
- The application deadline was extended.
