Advanced & Clinical Program Admission Requirements & Scholarship Terms
- Must be a licensed or certified healthcare provider (e.g., MD, DO, NP, dentist, nurse, PA, DC, pharmacist, acupuncturist, chiropractor, nutritionist)
- Medical students and other healthcare practitioners are encouraged to apply and will be evaluated based on requirements.
- Must demonstrate commitment to advancing patient care
- Only applied towards the Functional & Nutritional Medicine Certification Program
- Scholarship cannot be combined with a payment plan
- Please note that the scholarships are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- The AAFH reserves the right to terminate the scholarships at any time.
